WRAY 1 2Events • On 2 Apr 1911 Samuel appeared on the census at 17 Leicester Road, Lewes, Sussex as a 24-year-old machine winder for a news printer lodging in the home of Frederick Miller, father of his future wife. 2 Samuel married Jessie ATKINS, daughter of Albert Edward ATKINS and Maria Annie WOOLVEN, in 1914.1 (Jessie ATKINS was born about 1888 in Lewes, Sussex 3 4.)
