Ellen married Frederick BANKS, son of John BANKS and Elizabeth BANNISTER, about 1888.1 (Frederick BANKS was born about 1862 in Little Horsted, Sussex 5.)
• Their marriage was registered during the quarter ended Mar 1888 at the Hastings registration district, with GRO reference vol 2b, page 38. Also shown on that page was Ellen Gladwish, but she was not the right age or born in the right place. 1
