• On 7 Apr 1861 she appeared on the census at Harmer Lane Gardens, Sheffield, Yorks as a 64-year-old widow who was shown as Ann Crookes, but the mother of William and John Drabble, who are clearly the correct sons. 5
Ann married Joseph DRABBLE, son of William DRABBLE and Sarah, on 25 Dec 1823 in Rotherham, Yorks.1 2 (Joseph DRABBLE was born about 1795 in Foolow, Derbyshire 3 and was christened on 18 Oct 1795 in Baslow, Derbyshire 6.)
