• On 31 Mar 1901 Ada appeared on the census at Maple Tree Lane, Ingatestone, Essex as a 36-year-old laundress working on her own account. 2
• On 2 Apr 1911 she appeared on the census at Glasshouse, Mill Green, Ingatestone, Essex as a 45-year-old who had been married for 17 years with 10 children, two of whom had died. 1
• Her death was registered during the quarter ended Sep 1935 at the Chelmsford registration district, with GRO reference vol 4a, page 534.
Ada married William ROLFE, son of Samuel ROLPH and Thirza BIRD, about 1894.1 (William ROLFE was born about 1864 in Writtle, Essex 5 and died on 28 May 1948 6.)
